Barry Roberts (Chairman)
Formerly Managing Director of Kapiti Limited. Kapiti was acquired by Misys Plc when Barry became Managing Director of the banking division. Barry is currently non-executive director of Room Solutions Limited, Mindtech (UK) Limited and TAIB Securities Limited, and is an investor in several technology companies.

Mike Morrison (Managing Director)
Formerly with Equant, BOC, and Metal Box plc, Mike, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, has previously held executive positions in a number of early stage technology companies. Mike was one of the first employees of Equant and was Chief Financial Officer of one of the two main businesses for 8 years.

Gordon Hermiston (Finance Director)
Gordon qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Moores Rowland, working in the UK and Singapore. From 1998 he worked in the utilities retail sector where he was Head of Finance for Gaz de France's UK gas supply business and was Chief Financial Officer at Bizzenergy Group Ltd, before joining IDN in October 2004.

Colin Amies (Director - Non-Executive)
Colin has a wealth of corporate finance and technology sector experience having been the General Partner for Europe at Geocapital Partners and a Director at Advent Ltd.
Colin is the non-executive Chairman of both DCS Group plc and Cerillion Technologies Limited, and is the Senior Non Executive Director at the Royalblue group plc.

Mike Stephenson (Head of Commercial Services & Marketing)
Mike Stephenson has over 18 years experience in the telecoms market including a number of years at Telia where he was UK Sales Manager. Mike joined IDN in February 1998 and after a successful IPO in 2000. He now heads up Commercial Services.
